Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

Stocked lines are picked and dispatched from our warehouse. We confirm a dispatch window with your order confirmation.

Freight

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, weight and destination. Pallet and freight rates are available for bulk orders.

Damaged or short shipments

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report damage or shortages within 7 days of receipt with photographs and we will replace or credit the affected items.

Returns

Unopened, resaleable stock may be returned within 30 days with prior authorisation. Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless the goods were faulty or sent in error.

Faulty goods
